Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to assist our Director of Sales. The Sales Administrator will manage, maintain, and monitor work flow in our Sales department by providing support for sales teams and collaborating with other organizational departments.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum of Associate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • 2 years of experience with sales and office managements
  • Flexible and available during non-standard business hours
  • Comfortable using technology, including remote conference call applications and instant messaging
  • Comfortable using communication and collaborative tools and applications
  • Detail oriented, able to ensure logical order and consistency with company asset
  • Available to support teams administratively, logistically, and organizationally

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Exceptionally skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Ability to built presentations and reports as needed; Create professional and appealing presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skill and ability to create and maintain and variety of documents; and the ability to discern what type of document is needed for a specific purpose
  • Interpersonal skills for collaborating with a variety of personalities
  • Must be a self-starter and initiate activities
  • Ability to independently manage sales content
  • Ability to keep budgets and submit expense reports
  • Ability to learn and understand and work with CRM to generate reports
  • Ability to coordinate the needs of multiple people

Essential Functions

  • Report to the Director of Sales, and assist the National Directors (ND) and Sales Managers (SM) in various projects
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing schedule and calendar events
  • Assist the Director of Sales in processing timely and vital communications to sales teams and field leaders
  • Manage expense reports
  • Generate reports using established company tools
  • Work with documentation, presentations, reports, and processes
  • Schedule meetings with team stakeholders, often using software programs for remote meetings
  • Collaborate and manage projects, assuring deadlines, tools/equipment, and personal needs are met
  • Create and manage documentation for sales and sales-related functions
  • Assist event coordinator with travel arrangements for sales team

This position can be performed remotely in order to assist the Director of Sales.
