We are hiring for a customer service representative to serve in our corporate office. This is a salaried position that requires a detail-oriented person that is comfortable with responding to customer questions via phone and email.

The position is located at the Classical Conversations corporate headquarters.

Standard work hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Skills and Attributes Needed
1. Must be detail oriented and able to follow instructions.
2. Must have strong computer skills.
3. Must be able to type and review data on a computer screen for long periods of time.
4. Must be able to interact with customers and staff in a pleasant and professional manner over the phone, via email, and in person.
5. Must have reliable transportation
1. Answer customer phone calls and emails related to questions about order status, programs, products, and technical issues related to our databases and online information systems (CC Portal and CC Connected).
2. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs as well as various software programs utilized by Classical Conversations.
